All purchases through Art Biz Project are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products, platform access, or AI-generated outputs.

A Note on Our Refund Policy
We built Art Biz Project because we genuinely believe artists deserve real business tools — not generic advice, but a structured path built around their actual work and their actual goals. Every part of this platform exists because we care about that outcome for you.
That’s exactly why we have to be straightforward about refunds.
The outputs this platform generates — your business plan, your artist statement, your marketing strategy — are built from your entries, your words, and your work. The moment we generate them, they belong to you. There’s no way to un-generate a document or return a curriculum export, which means there’s no meaningful way to process a refund without simply giving away work for free.
We’ve seen it happen. People complete the curriculum, generate every output, and then request a refund. It’s rare, but it does happen — and every time it does, it’s a cost that ultimately falls on every other student in the program.
We’d rather be honest about that than bury it in fine print.

We just can’t offer refunds as a blanket policy. We hope you understand why.
